• The Captain Comics & Collectibles Superhero Christmas Giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 and above, residing in Australia, excluding employees and immediate family members of Captain Comics & Collectibles.
   2. To enter, participants must purchase a ticket or multiples from the Captain Comics and Collectibles website or direct from links on either Facebook and Instagram or Tik Tok with designated Captain Comics & Collectibles Superhero Christmas Giveaway posts. There are no refunds or exchnages on ticket purchases.
  3. 15% Discount store credit with $20 or $50 ticket bundle purchase is only valid for the Month of December 2024 from ticket purchase and cannot be used inconjunction with any other offers or discounts.
   4. The Winner will receive the entire prize package. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
   5. Unlimited entries per person is allowed. Entries purchased after the closing date and time will not be considered and will be entered into the following Sweepstakes.
    6. Captain Comics & Collectibles Superhero Christmas Giveaway begins on 8:00am Tuesday Nov 26th 2024 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Saturday Dec 7th 2024.
   7. The winning ticket will be selected via a random draw conducted on Sunday, Dec 8th 2024, at 7pm AEST to be revealed on Facebook Live on the Captain Comics and Collectibles Facebook page. The draw will be conducted by a random selector App, and the winner will be notified via direct message on the social media platform through which they entered or via phone.
   8. The winner must respond to the notification within 72 hours to claim the prize. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner will be selected.
   9. Captain Comics & Collectibles reserves the right to disqualify entries that are deemed fraudulent or violate the terms and conditions.
   10. By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to allow Captain Comics & Collectibles to use their email and promotional purposes without additional compensation. Captain Comics & Collectibles shares no information with any 3rd parties.
   11. Captain Comics & Collectibles reserves the right to amend or cancel the Giveaway at any time without prior notice. By participating in this Sweepstakes, participants fully and unconditionally agree to these terms and conditions.
